Here are a couple of pictures of my desk at past work assignment. This was at CIGNA Corporation. These pictures were taken September 26, 2003. As you can see, there was quite a collection of hot sauces. The collection grew to legendary size where it produced almost enough heat to warm the entire floor I sat on!

Folks were always stopping by my desk and to ask "so what's a good hot sauce to try?" Since everyone's tolerance for heat is different and many people are reluctant to try the hotter sauces, I came up with the Wheel of Misfortune. Give the pointer a spin and see where it lands! The "official" rules say you must try whatever hot sauce it stops on and if the pointer lands between two choices the hotter one prevails!

This was my desk at a previous software contracting assignment (SS&C Technologies) back around 1997. As you can see, I always kept an ample supply of hot sauce handy. The bottles are arranged from left to right according to their heat level. The hottest is on the right.
