Paint Application
This Paint application allows you to create new or enhance existing images much
as you would in Microsoft's Paint program. Unlike Paint, however, it has a
wealth of drawing and color editing tools, screen capture capabilities, twain
support, a sizeable toolbox, a wide variety of color filters and special
effects.

Download the source code and press F5 to run the program. Start with a new
canvas and create your own image, capture the desktop or open an existing
image. Experiment with all the different effects and filters and let your
imagination be your guide when using this tool.
